Polaris LS Quantum - Waterloo #16082

Please Note:
The color and "stamp" (disc image/logo) sent to you will vary from the picture shown above.

Please click here for more information.
The Polaris LS (Long Straight) is Millennium's best driver for overall precision, as well as a beginner-friendly flight. It is great for downwind drives, or for drives that need a pinpoint landing. Beginners will find it easy to throw straight, and more advanced players will find a wealth of manipulatable flight paths with the Polaris.

This special disc is a fund-raiser for the Waterloo Disc Golf Club in Austin Texas. Q-LS's, as they're known, were only produced once in a very small batch and released at the Texas Team Championship in San Saba Texas, many years ago. The great folks over at Millennium (also based in Central Texas) stamped up the remaining discs and provided these to the Waterloo Club for fund-raising. These discs are VERY RARE and will likely not last very long. These discs, produced for Millennium by Innova, were only produced once and are from one of the final runs of genuine CE plastic!

If you love the Polaris LS (or Millennium in general) or are looking for a rare and reasonably priced disc to add to your collection, then we suggest you jump on this disc while you can.

The Waterloo Disc Golf Club has served as the hub for Central Texas disc golf for many, many years. The Waterloo Classic Tournament is now in it's 31st year, showing the depth of commitment this club has to creating, sponsoring, and growing the Austin Texas disc golf scene. Disc Nation is a very proud sponsor of Waterloo and Central Texas Disc Golf.

What is this sport anyway? Disc golf (also referred to as "frisbee golf") is played much like traditional golf. Instead of a ball and clubs, however, players use a flying disc, or FrisbeeŽ. The sport was formalized in the 1970s, and shares with "ball golf" the object of completing each hole in the fewest number of strokes (or, in the case of disc golf, fewest number of throws). Currently, there are more than 1,750 disc golf courses worldwide, with over 1,400 in the USA.
